Where do we start? We start with an introduction and move on from there.
Get to know each other. Lisa will come to your office, so she can learn more about who you are, “who” your business is, and what your social communication goals are. She works with you to determine your authentic voice, who your influencers are, and what your needs are. The goal during this time together is to hear and learn more about your authentic voice, determine your influencers online, and begin to lay down the ground work for content planning.
Determine what to say, where to say it, how to say it and when to say it. We will help you determine “what to say,” when to say it, where to say it and how to say it. Together we will figure out what type of information you should share in newsletters, blogs, social media postings and elsewhere. Your voice online needs to be your voice in person. We work to make this possible. We will also help you determine communication frequency, and we will work with you to ensure you are working within the “rules” of communication and engaging positively and properly.
Create our own checks and balances system. We will create a checklist of communication integration protocols so your messages are integrated seamlessly to your website, social media and elsewhere. We will also work with you to get a scheduling system in place so you can track your web and social media analytics.
